Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this Website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Services represents your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.
1. www.abctherapists.com is a free and independent database of professionals around the world, therefore ABC Therapists Ltd are not responsible and do not endorse any particular professional or service.
2. It is the responsibility of families and those hiring therapists to check references, undergo further investigation into experience, qualifications and criminal record checks.
3. Family or Therapist membership can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@abctherapists.com. Details will be removed from our site however families will be charged for the full subscription initially signed up for.
4. It is the responsibility of families or those hiring therapists to search their area / city to ensure there are therapists in that area before subscribing.
5. Transactions and all other contact between you and other members / therapists are conducted entirely at your own risk. You agree that Abc Therapists Ltd takes no responsibility or liability for any misconduct of any of its members including, without limitation, members that have registered under false pretences or who attempt to defraud you. Abc Therapists gives no undertakings, representations, or warranties in relation to therapists listed on the Website.
6. Abc Therapists reserves the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. Without limiting the foregoing, Abc Therapists may terminate your membership if a serious complaint or multiple complaints are received about you from other members, if you breach these terms and conditions, if you impersonate another member, or if we, at our sole discretion, deem your behaviour to be unacceptable.
